Unzip the tent in the morning and zip it up at night. Easy. Reliable. Reasonably priced and lets you to actually schedule the whole job, manage project scope, maximize your margin AND save your client money.

Standard 365 Construction Tents include our patented heavy duty Aluminum Rafters bolted to masonry parapet walls, construction grade 10mm shrink wrap, zippered entry door, exhaust fan and stack pipe venting to the exterior of the tent. Standard tents have 9 feet of headroom at the center, depending on the height of the parapet walls and width of the building. Shrink wrap must be replaced after 90 days.

Weekly tent maintenance plans are available, as well as emergency service for an hourly fee.

Custom Configuration Adjustable for most Large Multi-Unit and Mixed-Use Buildings

Larger buildings require a different approach to tent protection. One solution is to tent only the perimeter of the roof along the parapet walls with tenting attached to the parapet wall and an adjustable footing placed on the roof field.

This configuration is easily adapted to most rooftops. It can accommodate Stairwell Buildings, AC units and Chimneys. It's a reliable way to keep open roof sections, tools and materials dry.

This tent option is reasonably priced and helps you to manage the schedule and scope of the job to maximize your margin AND save your client money.
